Make something that matters to you.
A game your friend wants to replay. An app your family can use. A robot that knows when to stop. Turn your foundation skills into a project you can build, test, and explain.
These first-edition courses draw on projects built by the JR Learning family. Lesson drafts and starter projects are ready to explore and improve together. Each course includes a self-paced sequence and a five-day camp plan; camp dates are arranged separately.
- 1.Describe the problem
- 2.Build a small version
- 3.Test what can fail
- 4.Explain your choices

Choose your starting point
New to coding or AI? Start with the foundation Lab. Then choose a project you care about. Ages 9–10 can build with an adult using the guided steps; ages 11–13 can take the independent challenges; ages 14–16 can investigate the architecture extensions. Prior experience matters more than speed.
Keep a builder notebook: your first sketch, a change you made, evidence from a test, and a choice you would make differently. Your portfolio tells the story of how you think.
